MY BACKGROUND
          
After earning a degree in Educational Psychology, I worked with school students for seven years.

Seeking a new challenge and greater involvement with community, I became licensed to sell real estate in 1986.  A variety of specialized training helps me deliver the highest quality service to customers and clients.

I was co-owner and associate broker of Century 21 All Properties, Rockville, and one of the managing members of Centai, LLC, which successfully acquired the Century 21 Master Franchising rights in Taiwan in 1977.  I relocated to work for
Century 21 Taiwan Regional Office and helped the training and development of Century 21 franchises system in Taiwan until year 2000.  As of now, there are more than 300 Century 21 franchises in Taiwan.

After I came back to Washington DC metropolitan area, I extended my career in real estate to the settlement business in 2004, and Profound Realty Inc. was founded in the same year.
